Perfect bond without blasting or etching. Can be over coated with virtually any other paint or coating

- Excellent flow
- For use on dense, smooth floors like power-floated concrete, quarry tiles and ceramic tiles. Product can be used in combination with all Rust-Oleum® or Mathys epoxy and polyurethane coatings. For any other coating, we recommend a test for suitability.
