RAL 7032 Zero-Zinc Epoxy Powder Coating Primer

A Zinc-free anticorrosion powder primer and uses High Density Crosslinking Technology to improve the barrier effect. Specifically designed to provide high edge cover, helping to protect parts with sharp edges from corrosion. The product is based on very high performance epoxy resin and has excellent resistance to chemicals and humidity.

Powder Properties

• Particle size distribution – Suitable for electrostatic application
• Storage Dry, 12 months/35°C.
• Application* With corona or tribogun / Film thickness: 50-70 μm
• Curing schedule: 12-19 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature). 7-12 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature). Curing temperatures above 200°C are to be avoided.
